If you do not have insurance that’s okay too! I accept private pay via cash or check, my rates per session are up to $200/hr.

I currently provide therapy online only. Clients must be located in the state of Hawaii.

My sessions are typically 55 minutes.

Frequency of therapy ranges depending on your specific needs. Based on my clinical assessment, I can make recommendations about what may be a good fit at this time, ultimately it is up to you to commit to what you feel is the best fit for your needs and goals for therapy.

2) We will have a 15 minute free consultation over the phone to see if we are a good fit. If you and I agree to have an initial session, we will talk about your next appointment.

3) Complete the required paperwork online.

4) Pick an appointment date and time.

5) During your session, I will conduct an assessment. You and I will discuss your goals for therapy.

6) Therapy begins!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Hawaii. This means that I have:

1) Obtained a post-graduate degree. I graduated with my Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Hawaii Thompson School of Social Work.

2) Completed 3,000 hours of post-master’s clinical social work experience under supervision.

3) Received 100 hours of supervision from an LCSW.

4) Passed the ASWB Clinical exam for LCSW licensure.
